Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented Server to join our team. The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly, with a positive attitude
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when requested
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver orders in a timely manner and ensure guests' satisfaction with their meals
- Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout service
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
- Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely service
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform side work such as rolling silverware, refilling condiments, or cleaning service stations
Qualifications:
- Prior serving or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to carry trays and lift up to 25 lbs

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
