MUST HAVE A P&C OR PERSONAL LINES LICENSE
The Account Manager is an position that is responsible for servicing account for personal lines insurance accounts. This role involves providing excellent customer service and helping clients with their insurance needs.
- Enter and track cancellations for non-payment and reinstatements
- Manage billing inquiries
- Issue auto ID cards
- Issue basic proof of insurance
- Make policy changes
- Explain policy rate increases
- Find solutions to save customers
- Handle a specific book of business
- File and handle claims
What do you need to be successful?
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined
- Excellent time management, organizational and verbal and written communication skills
- Must be very detail-oriented
- Prior business experience a plus
- Ability to work with clients at a strategic level
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of self-motivation and self-direction
- Spanish is preferred
