The Process Engineer is responsible for development, implementation and optimization of manufacturing processes. Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, this role requires strong leadership and communication skills, a broad knowledge of manufacturing, continuous improvement and innovation to maximize profitability of the company. The Process Engineer must also be well versed in supporting product realization, supplier quality, development of work instructions, and creative thinking to implement new and more efficient means of production.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:
- Be a hands-on solution provider
- Transition R&D projects into profitable production processes
- Learn specialized manufacturing processes, and work alongside manufacturing personnel to produce product
- Develop, execute, optimize, and train personnel on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify new manufacturing procedures or techniques which resolve internal or customer related problems.
- Use CAD programs such as SolidWorks and SigmaNEST/CAM software to support production requirements
- Program in multiple languages including C++.
Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Strong mechanical knowledge of part layouts (metrology), GD&T
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a hands-on engineering position
- MATLAB and C++ programming experience
- Tooling and fixturing design experience

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
