Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress and improve quality of life for those you serve. Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments to identify client needs and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure treatment effectiveness and guide program adjustments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of interventions.
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff to uphold high standards of patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.
- Facilitate intake assessments, progress reviews, and discharge planning to support ongoing client development.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and documentation for behavioral health interventions.
- Ability to perform patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and create tailored treatment plans.
- Familiarity with medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology related to behavioral health.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare professionals.

Pay: $86,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
