KS Co-Pak is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team as Packing & Bagging Associates. This position is responsible for accurately packaging, bagging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Responsibilities
- Package and bag products according to customer specifications.
- Weigh, label, and seal products accurately.
- Inspect products for quality before packaging.
- Assemble boxes and prepare finished products for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all food safety, company, and workplace safety procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with additional warehouse or production tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- No experience required—we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
