We’re seeking a Territory Manager in the Concord area to grow the local territory and work directly with businesses. If you’re motivated, self-directed, and enjoy working with people, this could be a strong fit for you. This role focuses on outside business-to-business sales, client relationship development, and territory growth.
This is a field-based sales role where you’ll spend the majority of your time meeting with business owners and decision-makers in person, following a clear activity plan, building your client base, and establishing a strong presence throughout your territory. This position is best suited for individuals who take ownership of their work, stay consistent with activity, and are motivated by achieving results.
In This Role, You Will
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and in-person outreach to local businesses within your territory.
- Develop lasting relationships with local business clients in your territory to ensure retention and long-term satisfaction
- Conduct professional consultative sales presentations to help businesses understand products and services that support their employees.
- Engage with the business community to uncover new territory growth and account development opportunities
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development to strengthen performance
- Maintain exceptional customer relationships and service standards for all clients
