We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Back of House Cook who takes pride in preparing high-quality food and working in a fast-paced kitchen. If you enjoy staying busy, working as part of a team, and delivering a consistently great product, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare made-to-order menu items quickly and accurately.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and prep standards exactly.
- Prepare ingredients for service, including chopping, slicing, dicing, mixing, and using our empanada press.
- Set up, stock, and maintain your station throughout the shift.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe at all times.
- Follow proper food handling procedures, including labeling, dating, and FIFO rotation.
- Safely operate kitchen equipment, tools, and utensils.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing deliveries.
- Complete opening, transition, and closing cleaning duties, including weekly deep cleaning and fryer oil changes.
- Work with the FOH team to ensure orders are accurate and guests receive excellent service.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.

Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for the duration of your shift.
- Lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, reaching, chopping, slicing, and cleaning.
- Work safely around hot equipment and kitchen machinery.
