Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance to enhance their experience
- Assist customers with booking, including product recommendations and upselling opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing cash, credit/debit card payments, and managing the cash drawer
- Perform data entry tasks related to sales, customer information, and financial transactions using retail software systems
- Maintain accurate cash handling and cash management procedures throughout your shift
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, stocked, and visually appealing to maximize sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous Massage Envy experience is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Sales experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for processing cash transactions and maintaining records
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
