FLSA STATUS: This is a full- or part-time, hourly, non-exempt position
TYPICAL WORK SCHEDULE (DAYS/HRS PER WEEK): TBD
JOB PURPOSE: Develops guest loyalty, relationships and direct marketing programs. Answering inquiries, fulfilling requests and maintaining database. This is an entry level position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Serve as initial contact and key data entry clerk for Call Center information

Serve large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Identify and gather information on valuable guests through observation, analysis, personal contact and service

Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.

Provide services to response to guest requirements

Maintains call center database by entering information

Conduct informal surveys and queries
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older

Ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities
-
Must be people oriented.

Good verbal and written communication skills and active listening

Skill in using computer and programs

Basic math skills
REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED

Previous experience in a customer support role

Basic computer experience preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Office/casino setting; Shift work; Required to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
