About the Job:
Pattison Concrete LLC is hiring full-time Concrete Laborers to join our growing team. You’ll help with setting forms, pouring, and finishing concrete on job sites across the region. No experience? No problem. If you’re reliable, ready to work hard, and eager to learn, we’ll train you on the job.
What You’ll Do:
- Prep job sites (set forms, tie rebar, etc.)
- Pour and finish concrete (with help from the crew)
- Use hand tools and equipment
- Lift and move materials (must be physically able)
- Keep the job site clean and safe
- Work as part of a team and follow directions
- Travel to job sites in the Pittsburgh area
What We’re Looking For:
- No experience needed – just a good attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to do physical work (lift/move materials)
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Dependable and on time
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Positive, team-first mindset
