MDR Encino Pharmacy is looking for a talented and experienced Part-Time Operator to join our team. This is an entry-level healthcare position. What You Will Do
As an Operator, your primary responsibility is to help ensure our patients receive exceptional care and service. At MDR, we foster a culture of collaboration and agility, which are essential qualities for success in this role. Primary duties include collecting patient information and managing communications within the call center. The Operator is responsible for answering and transferring incoming calls through a digital phone system in a professional and courteous manner. This includes greeting patients, identifying the reason for their call, and directing them to the appropriate team member for assistance. Additional responsibilities include accurately entering new prescriptions into pharmacy systems and triaging orders or inquiries to the team best equipped to handle them.
This is a part-time position, and availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required.
