Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support sales, project administration, and customer service functions in a fast paced office environment.
- Data entry and order/project documentation
- Maintain customer and project information within a CRM system
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Support sales and administrative teams with proposals and documentation
- Assist with project tracking and meeting deadlines
- General office and customer support duties
- Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- CRM experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team oriented mindset
- Organized, dependable, and deadline driven
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced office environment
