Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to assist with our culinary operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, exceptional management skills, experience in high volume environments, bi-lingual, and a passion for hospitality. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, maintaining inventory, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and manage staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen team through effective communication.
- Monitor food preparation processes to maintain quality standards and presentation.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs through effective budgeting practices.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide exceptional dining experiences for guests.
- Conduct interviews for new kitchen staff positions as needed.
- Manage expo line including, plate presentations, food temperature standards and ticket timing.
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing kitchen teams effectively
- Proficient in budgeting and cost control within a kitchen environment.
- Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
