Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Granite Fabricator and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw stone materials into high-quality, finished granite products using advanced CNC machinery and traditional fabrication techniques. Your expertise will ensure precise cuts, finishes, and installations that meet exact specifications. Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to accurately cut, shape, and polish granite slabs according to detailed blueprint specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform fabrication tasks such as edging, polishing, and finishing stone surfaces.
- Measure materials precisely using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring devices to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Follow safety standards and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including respiratory protection and safety glasses, at all times during fabrication processes.
- Handle heavy materials with proper lifting techniques or forklifts while adhering to safety regulations for materials handling and equipment operation.
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, or technical drawings to execute precise cuts and assembly of stone components.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse or fabrication area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a granite fabricator or CNC operator within manufacturing, construction, or stone fabrication environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of machinery including CNC machines, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery such as forklifts or other heavy equipment.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and material estimations.
- Familiarity with fabrication techniques such as stone finishing, polishing, machining, and millwork processes.
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments including PPE use, respiratory protection protocols, and safe operation of hand tools and power tools.
- Experience following blueprint specifications with attention to detail for dimensional measurements and quality control.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Warehouse experience or background in handling materials within a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
