Lingo Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Driver Helper in East Windsor, CT!
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Spanish-speaking Driver Helper to assist drivers with daily delivery routes. You will work alongside the driver to help ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
This is a physically active position that requires reliable attendance, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work until the assigned route is completed.
Assist the driver with daily delivery routes and stops.
Load, unload, move, and handle products and materials.
Assist with deliveries and navigating delivery locations.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Follow all company safety and delivery procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Valid driver's license required.
Clean background check required.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, including THC.
Reliable and dependable attendance.
Ability to work from 6:00 AM until the route is completed.
Ability to lift, carry, load, and unload products/materials.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Previous delivery, warehouse, or driver helper experience is a plus, but not required.
$18.00/hour
Monday–Friday schedule
