What You'll Do
- Help customers find the Harley-Davidson motorcycle that best fits their riding goals, lifestyle, and budget.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience from the first greeting through delivery.
- Demonstrate motorcycle features, benefits, and performance through walkarounds and test rides.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process while confidently overcoming objections.
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Prospect for new riders and engage with the local riding community.
- Follow up with customers and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to the success of the dealership.
- Promote teamwork, enthusiasm, and a positive dealership culture.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping people.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with ability to pass a motor vehicle check
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely maneuver motorcycles.
- Motorcycle endorsement preferred but not required—we'll help you obtain it.
- Available for the following schedule: Tuesday-Saturday; 10a-7pm (we are closed on Sundays and Mondays)
