Drive sales growth across an assigned territory by coordinating dealer training, managing customer service and warranty issues, and maintaining daily communication with the home office and dealers. Expand market share through new customer setups and ensure payments align with company terms.
- Develop and execute a goal-driven territory plan promoting all Unverferth products.
- Travel up to five days per week to support existing dealers and win new customers.
- Promote and implement company programs; partner with dealers to merchandise and inventory product lines.
- Perform and report accurate dealer inventory counts.
- Manage dealer-level Accounts Receivable and payment plans per company programs.
- Optimize dealer inventory turns to keep product fresh in-market.
- Serve as first contact for dealers alongside Product Support; own post-sale service and warranty follow-through.
- Attend dealer open houses and territory trade shows.
- Conduct dealer training to elevate product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Deliver prompt, value-driven assistance to customers and prospects; respond to all communications same day.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, or related; or Associate’s plus 7–10 years relevant experience.
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive thinker.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills; strong interpersonal skills with dealers and internal teams.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and leadership by example.
- Valid driver’s license with a positive driving history.
