Cat Exteriors is seeking a dependable Junior IT Support Assistant to support our growing team and work directly with our lead IT manager.

We are a rapidly growing home improvement company specializing in windows, roofing, HVAC, coatings, and patio covers.
Responsibilities:
- Set up employee computers and workstations
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
- Assist with printers, phones, internet, and office tech
- Help maintain user accounts and passwords
- Support Microsoft 365 and cloud systems
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Assist with inventory and equipment organization
- Provide day-to-day technical support for office staff
Qualifications:
- Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and organized
- Able to learn quickly and follow direction
- IT certifications or schooling are a plus, but not required
