THE ROLE
We're hiring an Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our flooring crew and help deliver high-end garage floor coatings — surface prep, epoxy/polyaspartic application, decorative broadcast, and topcoat — on time and to a standard customers brag about.
This isn't entry-level busywork. You'll be on real jobs, working alongside experienced installers, with a clear path to grow into a lead installer role (and the pay that comes with it) as you prove yourself.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prep garage floors for coating: grinding/diamond prep, crack repair, moisture testing, degreasing
- Mix and apply epoxy base coats, decorative broadcast, and polyaspartic/urethane topcoats
- Follow Revel's application specs and quality standards on every job — no shortcuts
- Maintain a clean, professional jobsite
- Load/unload materials and equipment, maintain tools and sprayers/rollers
- Communicate job status and any issues to your lead installer or field supervisor in real time
- Represent Revel professionally — uniform, punctuality, straight-shooter professional attitude with customers
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience with epoxy, polyaspartic, or similar coating systems preferred — will train the right person with strong work ethic and hands-on skill
- Comfortable with physical labor: kneeling, lifting, standing for full shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Wilmington shop/jobsites
- Detail-oriented — flooring work shows every mistake, so precision matters
- Reliable and on time, every time
- A team player who takes direction well and takes pride in the work

DETAILS
Location: Wilmington, MA (jobs throughout Greater Boston/North Shore)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. Every shift starts at the Wilmington shop; you'll work as part of a two-man crew
Pay: Based on experience
Start: Immediate
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
