About the Role:
Blue Hawk Inspection Services LLC is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Independent Field Representatives (1099 Subcontractors) to complete comprehensive property condition assessments, move-out inspections, rent-ready audits, and floor plan scans for residential rental properties.
What You Will Be Doing:
On-Site Inspections: Conduct thorough physical walkthroughs of residential rental properties (approx. 2 to 2.5 hours on-site per property).
Detailed Audits: Follow mobile template checklists to document property conditions across all areas (Kitchen, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Exterior).
Photo Documentation: Take clear, comprehensive photos of required sections and property features directly in a mobile app.
Floor Plan Scans: Utilize mobile scanning tools to capture basic interior floor plan layouts.
Pay and Schedule:
Flat Rate: $85.00 to $95.00 PER COMPLETED REPORT (Flat rate per job, not an hourly wage).
Weekly Potential: $425.00 to $900.00+ per week depending on how many property assignments you accept (5 to 10+ jobs/week).
Payouts: Direct deposit paid weekly.
Flexibility: Independent contractor status—you choose to accept or decline offered orders based on your schedule.
Requirements:
Smartphone (iOS or Android) with a high-quality camera and mobile app capability.
Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance.
High attention to detail and ability to follow strict photo and checklist standards.
Basic tools: Flashlight, laser measuring tool, and digital temperature gun.
Must pass a standard background check.
Pay: $400.00 - $900.00 per week
