Class A CDL Driver – Hot Shot Truck & 53' Wedge Trailer

We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded Class A CDL driver to join our growing team. This position involves transporting enclosed trailers using a pickup truck and a 53' wedge trailer throughout the Southeast and surrounding states. Responsibilities
- Safely transport trailers to dealerships and customers.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Secure and inspect loads to ensure safe transportation.
- Plan routes and manage delivery schedules efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries, delays, and updates.
- Keep equipment clean and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Clean driving record.
- Current DOT medical card.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Experience pulling a 53' wedge trailer or hot shot equipment is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel and stay out overnight when necessary.
