Systems Engineer is needed to perform the following duties:
· Create business models, logical specifications and/or user requirements to develop solutions for the application environment–10%
· Create training materials and user guides to assist end-users in effectively navigating and utilizing software applications and features.
· Analyze business and technical requirements to translate them into detailed system design specifications and functional components.
· Architect and implement RESTful APIs and backend services to support application functionality and integration with external systems.
· Collaborate with business, marketing, and product teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
· Design software applications, create system procedures and ensure that the developed applications function normally- 10%
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using object-oriented programming languages and modern application frameworks.
· Design and implement data processing workflows, including integration of AI/ML-based components where applicable, to extract and structure relevant information.
· Design and implement application performance monitoring systems to track system health, usage patterns, and user engagement metrics.
· Design and implement monitoring and logging mechanisms to ensure application reliability, performance tracking, and issue diagnosis.

· Develop and maintain API versioning strategies to ensure backward compatibility and seamless integration across multiple system versions.
· Develop and integrate AI-enabled features, including automated data processing and intelligent content generation, within software applications.
· Develop and execute testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
· Develop technical documentation, including system design specifications, API documentation, and workflow diagrams.
· Implement and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes-15%
· Apply prompt engineering techniques and configuration strategies to optimize outputs generated by AI-based components.
· Identify, analyze, and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and system integration issues in a timely manner.
· Support user training sessions and provide technical guidance to ensure successful adoption of developed applications.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend automation or optimization strategies to enhance development workflows.
· Participate in scrum meetings and coordinate with Business Analysts to understand the business needs and implement the same into a functional design-20%
· Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of features.
· Gather and analyze user feedback to improve application usability, functionality, and overall user experience.
· Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends, including advancements in artificial intelligence, to support continuous improvement.
· Write source code, prepare test data, tests and debug programs; revise and refine programs to improve the performance of the application software-15%
· Implement data migration and transformation strategies to support system upgrades and ensure smooth transition of legacy data.
· Build modular, reusable, and maintainable code components to enhance system scalability and development efficiency.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate application features, including AI-driven functionalities, into existing system architecture.
· Perform execution of functional test plan, validate test results, prepare documentation & data for analysis-15%
· Design, develop, and optimize database schemas, queries, and data storage solutions to ensure efficient data retrieval and integrity.
· Analyze application security vulnerabilities and implement secure coding practices to ensure data protection and system reliability.
· Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainability guidelines, providing constructive feedback to team members.
Bachelor's Degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Information Systems or Information Technology
