Duties
- Actively promote and sell high-end motorcycles and related accessories through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B outreach to dealerships and retail outlets
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying new prospects, nurturing existing client relationships, and upselling premium products to maximize revenue
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and technical specifications to support informed purchasing decisions
- Negotiate deals effectively with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track sales activities, customer interactions, inventory levels, and follow-up tasks
- Conduct engaging public speaking presentations at trade shows, dealership events, or promotional gatherings to showcase motorcycle features and attract new customers
- Support inventory management by coordinating with the marketing team to ensure optimal stock levels and accurate inventory control
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales within the automotive or motorcycle industry
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales deals
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases
- Experience using CRM software for sales tracking and customer management
- Dealership experience or background in automotive or motorcycle sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with inventory management, retail math, upselling techniques, and marketing strategies
