As a Warehouse Order Picker / Reach Truck Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring orders are picked accurately, staged efficiently, and shipped on time in a fast-paced production environment.
Order Picking & Warehouse Operations

Print and review pick tickets for accurate order fulfillment
-
Pick orders (full pallets and individual cases) with precision
-
Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment
-
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
-
Support general warehouse operations as needed
Inventory & Safety
-
Follow FIFO inventory procedures
-
Conduct routine work area checks and report concerns
-
Comply with all food safety and regulatory standards:
-
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
-
SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures)
-
SQF Food Safety standards
-
Food Defense protocols
-
Combination of cold storage (30°F or below) and dry warehouse
-
Fast-paced, production-driven setting
-
Team-oriented culture focused on safety and performance
-
2+ years of warehouse or order picking experience
-
Reach truck/forklift experience preferred
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift

Comfortable working in cold and dry environments

Team player with a strong work ethic

Food manufacturing or GMP experience is a plus
