We are seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and commercial restaurant equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and EPA certified, with strong troubleshooting abilities and a commitment to quality service.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)

Service and repair commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, and ice machines

Troubleshoot and repair restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, steamers, and dishwashers

Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and longevity

Accurately document service work, parts used, and recommendations

Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and maintenance needs

Follow safety procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and company policies

Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory in a professional manner

Requirements:
Qualifications

Valid EPA Certification (required)

Proven experience in HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment repair

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

Trade school or technical training

Physical Requirements
