Pilgrim Aerospace Fasteners is seeking dependable, mechanically minded individuals who are interested in learning a skilled trade in aerospace manufacturing.
This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who have a steady work history, strong attendance, and a willingness to learn. The work is fast-paced, detailed, and requires focus, accuracy, and consistency.
Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train individuals who demonstrate mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Learn to operate manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures
- Perform fast, detailed, and repetitive production work
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet attendance, quality, and production expectations
- Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Steady and dependable work history, (Preference: Mechanical/Automotive/Aerospace)
- Mechanically minded with an interest in learning a skilled trade
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- Manufacturing or mechanical experience is preferred but not required
