Ambassador Personnel is hiring an Electronic Repair Technician in Duncan, SC!
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible work hours available)
Pay: $20.00 per hour, with a pay increase upon permanent hire
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, test, and calibrate electronic systems using schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic equipment issues and perform necessary repairs
- Conduct routine inspections, service checks, and preventive maintenance to ensure proper equipment operation
- Communicate effectively with operators, engineers, and inspectors to identify issues and provide repair status updates
- Demonstrate the safe operation, use, and maintenance of equipment when needed
- Order, source, or fabricate parts required for repairs and maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and service activities
- Follow all company health, safety, and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronic repair and soldering
- Working knowledge of AC and DC voltage systems
- Ability to read and accurately use a multimeter
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and wiring diagrams preferred
