Position Details:
We are looking to add a motivated and hard-working Cultivation Assistant to our grow team, this will be a full time position.
Position Summary:
Our Cultivation Assistant will be helping the team with cloning, transplanting, defoliating, topping, & moving dirt between grow rooms. In addition this position will be helping the team clean grow rooms, offices, and bathrooms weekly. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while working closely with a team. Must be able to take direction and follow through on task completion while communicating effectively with team & Head Grower. A strong passion for cannabis/horticulture is a must.
Skills/Qualifications/Competency Requirements:
- Strong work ethic, desire to learn, & interpersonal communication skills required
- Positive attitude and high energy is a must
- Ability to work in an indoor grow environment with varying temperatures, dirt, dust, and other possible allergens
- Lift, carry, and move 50+ pounds up to 90 ft.
- Must be comfortable working & standing on a ladder for an extended period of time
- Be on your feet for 8+ hours a day
- Must be team oriented
- Possess a valid OLCC Marijuana Handler's Permit
- Possess a valid state-issued driver's license
- Must be willing to work weekends if needed
- Hiring is contingent upon a background check
