This role is pivotal to our operations, offering the chance to leave a significant mark through exceptional customer service and efficient administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, with a strong focus on customer service and database management.

Handle incoming calls and follow-up on customer service requests.

Support the sales team with estimates and customer follow-up.

Generate and reconcile purchase orders, and perform various administrative tasks as required.

Ensure accurate data entry and maintain office files.

Provide operations and sales support.

Maintain a neat and organized workspace.

Prepare correspondence and proofread documents.

Operate company software, Microsoft Office suite, and standard office equipment.

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience involving office practices, customer service, and organizational operating procedures.

Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software packages.
