This new car dealership in the North King/Snohomish County area of Washington State is a VERY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR with ownership and staff that work together for a common goal. You will not find a better place to work than here. As the new car dealership controller, you will oversee all financial and accounting activities of the dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive accounting, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a management role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct all financial and accounting functions of the dealership, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management
- Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances and make recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate with department managers to develop and monitor departmental budgets and track expenses
- Participate in the financial planning process and provide financial insight and analysis to assist with decision making
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, vendors, and other external partners
Qualifications:
***MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE NEW CAR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***
- At least 5 years of automotive dealership office manager/controller experience.
- Good prior work history and references.

Pay range: $130k t0 $150K (+) per year, DOE
