Overview
We are seeking a Bartender/facility operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Facility Operator, you will be greeting folks and introducing them to our golf experience, preparing/serving food/drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and serve food and beverages.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.
- Assist in the introduction of the golf simulator experience to our guests.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Knowledge of golf is helpful, but not required.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including retail math skills for managing tabs and payments is helpful, but not required.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, is helpful, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to learn.
- Must have good attendance.
