Schedule
- Day Shift
- 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 5x8 schedule
- 1 weekend day per month required

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain staff and provider schedules
- Ensure appropriate coverage for all clinic shifts
- Enter, update, and adjust schedules in UKG/Kronos
- Monitor staffing levels and address last-minute changes
- Coordinate weekend and holiday staffing rotations
- Process time-off requests and arrange coverage as needed
- Track attendance, availability, and scheduling concerns
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll to reconcile schedules and time off
- Audit schedules for accuracy, compliance, and policy adherence
- Monitor work-hour limits, overtime rules, and department guidelines
- Prepare staffing reports using UKG, Excel, or Tableau
- Recommend process improvements based on audit findings and operational needs
Required Experience
- 1 year of recent outpatient clinic or medical office experience – Required
- Experience with EPIC or FAST – Required
- Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructions
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED – Required
- Experience managing schedules, staffing changes, or administrative healthcare workflows
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate schedule changes clearly and professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment
Highly Preferred
- 2+ years recent experience in large-scale staff and physician scheduling
- UKG/Kronos experience
- Certification in healthcare administration or scheduling
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Experience using Excel or Tableau for staffing reports

- RTO should be limited and must not fall within the first 2 weeks of assignment
