We are seeking an energetic and motivated Wellness Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Greet clients warmly, assess their wellness goals, and recommend suitable supplements and/or skincare treatments.
- Learn our natural wellness products and make personalized recommendations.
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships.
- Operate Point-of-Sale system and help maintain a clean environment.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and product usage to maximize their results and satisfaction.
- Package our handmade finished products including wrapping soaps, bagging herbal tea blends and labeling products.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, cosmotology or sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with customers and a genuine interest in helping people.
- Dependable and honest with a strong work ethic and attendance record.
- Able to learn technical information about natural wellness products and confidently educate customers.
- Basic cash handling skills and ability to multitask
- Enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Availability to work Wednesday through Saturday 9:30am-5pm
