We are currently hiring an AT&T Wireless Associate to join our team in a role centered around sales and customer service. In this AT&T Wireless Associate position, you will work directly with local businesses and customers, introducing AT&T products and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs. Our AT&T Wireless Associates will learn the entire sales process from the inside out, with your contributions directly impacting the company.
AT&T Wireless Associate Responsibilities:
- Connect directly with local businesses and customers to promote AT&T products and services through a sales and customer service approach.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions such as Business Fiber, wireless services, and connectivity packages.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with businesses and customers to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets while delivering a high level of customer service.
- Track leads, customer interactions, and sales activity to ensure an organized and efficient pipeline.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits in a way that is easy for customers to understand.
- Support customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
AT&T Wireless Associate Qualifications:

Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,500.00 per month
