Landscaping & Hardscape Sales Representative (100% Commission)
Golden Eagle Hardscapes is looking for a highly motivated, confident sales professional who thrives on closing deals and earning big paychecks.
If you’re the type of person who loves talking to people, isn’t afraid to hear “no,” and gets excited about turning conversations into sales, we want to meet you. We’re not looking for someone who wants to simply collect a paycheck—we’re looking for someone who wants to build one.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to discuss landscaping and hardscape projects.
- Build relationships and earn customers’ trust.
- Educate clients on our services and provide solutions that fit their needs.
- Follow up with leads and keep communication consistent.
- Work alongside our team to help turn estimates into signed contracts.
- Represent Golden Eagle Hardscapes with professionalism and integrity.
- Guide customers through the sales process from the initial consultation to the signed contract.
What We’re Looking For
- A confident, outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys talking with people.
- Self-motivated and hungry to succeed.
- Money-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and close sales.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to stay organized.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Pay100% Commission — No Cap on Earnings
Our salespeople average around $7,000, with no cap on how much you can earn.
Your income is directly tied to your performance—the more you sell, the more you make. There is no salary ceiling and no limit to your earning potential.
