As a Landscape Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the upkeep and enhancement of various landscapes. This position offers hands-on, outdoor work in a collaborative setting, with opportunities to learn new skills and contribute to a positive work environment. The role is full-time, primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional off-hour or weekend work due to seasonal needs and weather conditions.

Perform landscape maintenance and construction tasks on outdoor projects and worksites as assigned by management.

Operate a variety of hand and power tools, and assist with loading trucks and hauling materials.

Maintain a clean and safe worksite by picking up tools, equipment, and debris daily.

Follow all safety procedures and report any incidents or hazards to colleagues, management, or human resources.

Work collaboratively with team members and assist Crew Leaders as needed.

Perform opening and closing duties for worksites.

Participate in Snow Operations, including snow plan development and area management during snow events, which may require work outside normal hours.

Perform light maintenance on assigned equipment, keep records of inventory, and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.

Carry out other related duties as assigned by management.

Ability to obtain a valid and appropriate state drivers license prior to employment.

Experience or education demonstrating the ability to perform landscape maintenance work.

Knowledge of proper use of landscape equipment, materials, and supplies.

Familiarity with first aid and applicable safety precautions.

Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to schedule.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk and stand for extended periods, and perform strenuous labor in various weather conditions.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Understanding of equipment and tool safety.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Bilingual skills are a plus.
Offered compensation: $17.50/hr - $19.50/hr
