We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C or NP) with a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and patient-centered outcomes to join our growing provider team.
Position Overview
The Advanced Practice Provider Injector is responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic and wellness services while upholding REGEN Society’s clinical standards, brand values, and patient experience. This role is ideal for a confident, ethical injector who values long-term patient relationships, continual education, and a collaborative team environment.
This position operates on a commission-based compensation model, with significant earning potential for motivated, production-driven providers.
Clinical & Aesthetic Services
- Perform advanced injectable treatments including (but not limited to):
- Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify)
- Dermal fillers (Restylane, RHA, Juvederm, Sculptra, SkinVive)
- Regenerative treatments (EZGEL/PRF, PDGF+, biostimulators)
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Deliver safe, natural, and evidence-based results aligned with patient goals
- Provide education on treatment options, pre/post care, and long-term aesthetic planning
- Manage and respond appropriately to adverse events or complications
Wellness Integration (as applicable)
- Participate in wellness services such as weight-loss programs, peptides, NAD+, vitamin injections, and BHRT (based on licensure, training, and medical director protocols)
- Collaborate with the wellness team to support REGEN’s inside-out approach
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted PA-C or NP license in the state of Tennessee
- Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injection experience preferred
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and safety protocols
- Experience with multiple toxin and filler portfolios strongly preferred
- Commitment to ongoing education and skill advancement
- Strong communication, time management, and critical-thinking skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Local to the greater Nashville area + current book of business ONLY***

Experience:
- Advanced Injecting: 2 years (Required)
- Functional Medicine or Wellness - HRT + Peptides: 1 year (Preferred)
Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
