Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Daytime Stockroom Associates to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining efficient stockroom operations by processing inventory, and ensuring the smooth flow of stock within our store. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers and support our store’s daily functions.
Duties
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
- Unbox and properly process clothing and accessories, making ready to put on sales floor.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Conduct manual handling of materials, including heavy lifting, to move stock safely within the warehouse
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of goods
Experience
- Familiarity with order picking, shipping & receiving processes, and inventory management systems
- Strong basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or team leadership is a plus
