Termes Insurance Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Spearfish office in a full-time customer service / agency operations role.
Responsibilities include assisting clients, supporting policy renewals, claims activity, maintaining documentation, communicating with insurance carriers, & helping manage the day-to-day operations of the agency.
The first 90 days are dedicated to training & development. Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required; we are willing to train the right person & provide opportunities for long-term growth within the agency.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation Path:
· Initial Training Period:
o Salary $39,000 paid bi-weekly.
· After Successful Completion of Initial 90 Days:
o Salary $42,000 paid bi-weekly
· Upon Successful Property & Casualty Insurance Licensing:
Licensed Service Operations Manager
o Salary $52,000 paid bi-weekly
· Compensation growth is based on training progress, performance, licensing, & demonstrated value to the agency.

Maintain accurate client records, notes, & documentation
Communicate professionally with insurance carriers & agency partners
