Compensation: $40,000 base salary + $800/month vehicle allowance + uncapped commission
Expected first-year earnings: $70,000-$100,000+

LCS Pressure Washing is a growing commercial exterior cleaning company based in Jefferson, Georgia. We provide pressure washing, soft washing, concrete cleaning, parking garage cleaning, window cleaning, and other exterior maintenance services for commercial properties throughout the Atlanta area.
We’re a small, growing team that values hard work, integrity, responsiveness, and long-term relationships. Our goal isn’t simply to get bigger. We’re building a company that creates opportunities for our employees while becoming the preferred exterior maintenance partner for property managers across North Georgia and Metro Atlanta.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and winning new business.
This isn’t a desk job.
You’ll spend most of your time meeting with property managers, visiting commercial properties, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing new accounts.
You don’t need years of industry experience. We care far more about work ethic, coachability, competitiveness, and the desire to build a career.
This position may be a great fit for someone who is:

What You’ll Do
- Prospect for new commercial customers
- Build relationships with property managers and facility managers
- Visit commercial properties throughout the Atlanta area
- Identify cleaning and maintenance opportunities
- Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Manage customer relationships after the sale
- Coordinate with operations to ensure excellent service delivery
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience
- Experience working with commercial customers
- Experience in property management, facilities, landscaping, construction, maintenance, or related industries
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
