Responsibilities.
- Dispatch HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical techs efficently using House Call pro
- Manage warranty claims
- Answer phones in the office and occasionally make outbound calls
- Enter data accurately
- Collect deposits on larger jobs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette, and resolving issues promptly.Experience
- Prior experience in dispatching preferred.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
