Job Description / Requirements
- Assist customers at the sales counter and by phone with product selection, quotes, and orders.
- Possess a basic knowledge of building material products.
- Sell building materials and related products to our valued customers.
- Prepare sales quotes and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Support outside sales representatives by processing orders and coordinating deliveries.
- Coordinate with yard and delivery staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Provide accurate pricing, inventory availability, and product information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through exception service and reliability.
- Ability to work and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
