Local towing company is looking for a Night Dispatcher. You will be responsible for answering phones and dispatching calls from 5:30pm to 7:30am approximately 15 nights a month, including some holidays and every other weekend. Our business strives on outstanding customer service and quick response times. There is also the potential for additional income helping out with recoveries and other wrecker work.
Job Duties/Requirements:
- **This position includes living in one of our three bedroom homes greatly REDUCED RATE for dispatch duties** (see note below) (rent in exchange for dispatch duties)
- Tenants are responsible for all utilities.
- Need to be home before 5:30 to be able to take over answering phones and dispatch no later than 5:30pm
Phones need to be answered within 1-2 rings with professionalism and courtesy
Excellent phone etiquette
Ability to answer multi line phone system
Excellent customer service skills
Accurately record wrecker calls on night call sheets and Dispatch wrecker calls
Accurately obtain and relay directions and Keep track of drivers, times on calls, etc.

**Tenants are required to live in our rental home because we have our phone system and two way radio dispatching equipment wired in to those homes. We provide the business phone and radio systems.
