Turning Point Chiropractic is looking for an Associate Chiropractor who is ready to serve families at a high level, grow clinically and professionally, and become a meaningful part of a mission-driven chiropractic office.
Our current associate doctor will be transitioning out in August. We are hiring and interviewing as soon as possible to allow for a smooth transition, training, and onboarding.
This is a great opportunity for a doctor who loves chiropractic, values corrective care, enjoys working with families, and wants to be part of a growing office with multiple locations, a strong community presence, and a well-established referral network.

Turning Point Chiropractic is a family-focused chiropractic office serving Central and East Missouri with locations in Ballwin, Washington, and Sullivan.
We focus on helping families pursue true health from the inside out through corrective chiropractic care, wellness education, functional nutrition, prenatal and pediatric care, lactation support, and long-term lifestyle change.

The Role
As an Associate Chiropractor at Turning Point Chiropractic, you will play an important role in patient care, patient education, exams, adjusting, retention, and the overall growth of the practice.
Depending on experience and fit, responsibilities may include:
Performing new patient consultations and exams
Taking and reviewing X-rays
Marking X-rays and assisting with case recommendations
Delivering corrective chiropractic adjustments
Educating patients on their care plans and health goals
Participating in report of findings and progress evaluations
Helping patients understand the value of consistent chiropractic care
Supporting patient retention and follow-through
Assisting with workshops, screenings, community events, and outreach
Collaborating with local providers and referral partners
Creating or participating in simple educational social media content
Working alongside the owner doctor and team to create an excellent patient experience
Helping maintain strong patient flow and office energy
This role has room for growth, leadership, and increased responsibility over time.

Clinical Focus
Experience or interest in the following is highly valued:
Corrective chiropractic care
Prenatal and postpartum chiropractic
Pediatric and family care
Webster Technique
Spinal correction and X-ray analysis
Functional nutrition or wellness education
Lactation, feeding, or postpartum support
Community-based chiropractic practice
Patient education and care plan communication
Webster Certification is strongly preferred or must be pursued.

Schedule
We are hiring before August and interviewing immediately.
This position may begin as a transition/training role before moving into full-time responsibility, depending on availability and fit.
The ideal candidate is available to begin onboarding before August to train alongside our current associate doctor and step into the role smoothly.
