REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/DUTIES
5 + years of experience working for HVAC Contractor or similar company handling the following tasks:
- Processing technician service paperwork
- Track materials, labor, claims, warranties etc.
- Permit applications.
- Create and maintain customer history with regards to work orders, repairs, equipment etc.
- Answer busy phones
- Develop customer relationships
- General administrative office support
- Familiar with some HR tasks such as payroll.
SKILLS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and attention to detail
- Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge working with field service software.
- Excellent customer service skills
