Job Type: Direct Placement
Pay: $155,000 to $180,000 Per Year BOE
Responsibilities:
- The General Superintendent operates at a program level, focusing on execution strategy, workforce planning, safety, quality, and productivity across multiple work fronts.
- Provide oversight and direction to Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents across assigned projects or phases.
- Ensure field execution aligns with approved schedules, work plans, and installation sequencing.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Schedulers, and Project Engineers to develop and execute field plans.
- Support phase planning, look-ahead schedules, and manpower loading.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Electrical field leadership experience as a Lead or General Superintendent
- Experience leading large industrial, or mission-critical projects ($25MM-$100MM)
- Proven ability to manage multiple superintendents and large field teams (between 100-200 team members.)
- Electrical scopes should include medium voltage, and UPS installs (No low voltage)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation sequencing, and construction logistics
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
Physical Requirements:
- Must be aware of OSHA safety standards
- Maybe exposed to heights and loud noises
- May need to occasionally climb stairs and/or ladders.
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, and bending
- May need to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
- Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range for this position is $155,000 to $180,000 Per Year, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
