Compliance Attorney – Arizona Alternative Business Structure (ABS)-Help Shape the Compliance Program of a Growing Arizona Alternative Business Structure
To be considered for this position, you must be a licensed attorney in Arizona in good standing. Non-attorneys and attorneys licensed only in other states will not be considered for this position.
Ask A Pro Law LLC is a modern Arizona Alternative Business Structure (ABS) law firm dedicated exclusively to personal injury. We combine experienced legal advocacy, streamlined operations, and innovative technology to deliver exceptional client service while maintaining high standards of ethics, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.
As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Compliance Attorney to oversee and maintain our compliance program in accordance with Arizona Supreme Court rules governing Alternative Business Structures.
Unlike a traditional practicing attorney position, this role is focused on compliance oversight rather than client representation or litigation. You will not manage an active caseload. Instead, you'll serve as the firm's designated Compliance Attorney, reviewing policies, procedures, documents, financial controls, operational workflows, and business relationships to help ensure the firm remains compliant with Arizona ABS requirements.
Because Ask A Pro Law is a personal injury firm, we are seeking an attorney with personal injury experience, working knowledge of IOLTA/trust accounting, and experience with financial oversight and/or operations.
Our firm operates with standardized processes and compliance-focused documentation already in place. As a result, this position offers a predictable and flexible workload. Primary responsibilities include conducting required six-month ABS self-audits, reviewing compliance-related documents and procedures, providing periodic compliance training to attorneys and staff, addressing compliance questions as they arise, and serving as the firm's primary liaison with the Arizona ABS Committee when necessary.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Arizona attorney seeking meaningful compliance and leadership responsibilities without the demands of managing an active caseload.
We're hiring immediately and encourage qualified candidates to apply as soon as possible.
