If you are passionate about making a lasting impact and want to be part of an organization that invests in both youth and staff, we encourage you to apply.

-
Most frequently, for this position, clinical services provided will be for youth placed in one of Shiloh House’s residential treatment programs and/or a day treatment program and will occur on site. -
Develop, implement, maintain, and utilize behavior management techniques with clients to ensure that their clinical needs are met. This may include detailed planning and instruction to other direct care staff members.

After an introductory period as well as robust training and shadowing, all Clinicians and Clinical Supervisors participate in a Clinical On Call rotation.
