Med-Corp Home Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the clinical operations and quality performance of our home health services. This executive-level role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality patient care while driving standardization, operational efficiency, and continuous quality improvement across the organization.
The Director of Nursing serves as a key member of leadership, partnering with operations and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes, strengthen compliance, and support organizational growth.

The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical leadership experience; an Oklahoma Administrator’s License is a plus.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for all clinical services and nursing staff

Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation standards

Oversee clinical performance, including nurses and aides, ensuring accountability and excellence

Develop, implement, and lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs

Monitor clinical outcomes, identify trends, and implement corrective actions

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all clinical documentation

Direct and streamline clinical operations, including intake, admissions, and care coordination

Review referrals and determine patient eligibility and appropriateness for services

Oversee scheduling processes, payor verification, and authorization workflows

Ensure development and ongoing management of Plans of Care (POC)

Evaluate patient outcomes and implement strategies to improve care delivery

Support clinicians in prioritizing care needs and managing complex cases

Lead recruitment, hiring, performance management, and staff development initiatives

Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to clinical leaders and staff

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements (CMS, state, HIPAA)

Lead investigations and resolution of patient, family, and physician concerns

Identify and mitigate clinical and operational risks

Monitor and manage clinical-related costs while maintaining quality care standards

Ensure efficient utilization of resources and alignment with budgetary goals

Support implementation of training programs and in-service education

Participate in on-call rotation and provide leadership support during critical situations

Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, clinical teams, and field staff

Provide direct patient care on a limited, as-needed basis

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN strongly preferred)

Active and unrestricted Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license

Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience in home health (recommend increasing to 3+ years for Director-level competitiveness)

Minimum 1 year of RN leadership/management experience (recommend 2–5+ years for Director-level)

Current CPR certification

Strong knowledge of home health regulations, QAPI, and clinical operations
