A growing and multi award winning Allstate Insurance Agency in the Buffalo Grove, IL area is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented Licensed Sales Representative to become a key member of our agency team. As a licensed sales team member you will develop customer relationships to help sell and market auto, home and life insurance products to Illinois and Wisconsin families.

We offer a rewarding commission structure allowing you to earn $60k to $130K per year.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet sales production goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales experience (at least 1 year preferred)
- People-oriented and self-motivated
- Must have Insurance license (or must be willing to obtain)
- Previous customer service experience
